This comes from a career spent on every side of the table: twenty years in hospitality, ten years as a commercial electrician, seven-plus years building, and a background in energy-efficient lighting design, the discipline most responsible for how a finished space actually feels once people are standing in it. We've also spent years as landlords and as the go-to problem solvers for small investors, doing everything from permit expediting to tenant relations.

That range means we don't just understand construction in theory. We understand a project from every seat at the table: the investor's, the tenant's, the city's, and the crew's.
